Ascenta Studio provides web design and development services on a per-project basis. All project terms — scope, cost, timeline, deliverables, revision rounds — are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Upon final payment, the client owns all deliverable code and assets. Ascenta Studio retains no ownership claim. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Projects are billed per the quote. Additional requirements are quoted separately and require client approval before work proceeds.
Ascenta Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
